The Latest on Lothie

I'm in quite a lot of pain today. It started last night around the time I got off the freeway, and it's continuing today. Aside from the normal neck pain, it's mainly concentrated in my hips (primarily the left one). This makes it, among other things, rather difficult to drive (I drive a stick so I need to be able to move my left leg).

I'll live, but ow. I'm determined not to lose mobility, but I'm beginning to be afraid it's a losing battle. It's just getting worse and worse.
