So, who the hell are you, anyway?
Good question. I've been around on the 'Net for years and years, starting on BITNET Chat (predecessor to RELAY) back in the mid-80's. In the early '90's I made my USENET (news groups) debut, and for a few years I was quite famous (or infamous) on alt.sex and alt.sex.bondage (and later, alt.polyamory) -- this is before the days of spam, including newsgroup spam. I've posted on other groups, but these two were my home, and I remember my tenure as (*cough*) net.goddess with great fondness.
But I haven't been idle since then. In the mid-90's I got into Internet Security as a profession, and I've stayed active in that field ever since. A few years ago I learned some web coding and I've been having fun with my own pages ever since. I'm hoping eventually to become a content queen.
Either that or I'm a pretentious nobody. Take ya pick.
